• No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a session or service is completed, no refunds will be provided. This includes any coaching sessions, workshops, or courses delivered.
• Refund Requests for Unused Services: If you have purchased a package and have not yet used any of the services, you may request a refund within 3 business days from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at kat@katparker.com with your order details.
• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
• Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the online services, please contact us immediately at kat@katparker.com. We will work to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a refund or reschedule the session as appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property
