Yoga with Kat was created for the woman who is carrying a lot.
The woman who is leading at work, showing up for her family, taking care of everyone else, and somehow trying to remember herself in the process.
Because sometimes what we need isn't another thing on our to-do list.
Sometimes we need a pause.

We need a space where we can stop performing and simply be.
That's what yoga became for me.
What started as a way to move my body became a practice that transformed how I cared for my mind, managed stress, navigated challenges, and connected with myself. The lessons I learned on the mat began showing up everywhere—in my leadership, my relationships, my coaching, and my everyday life.

As a certified yoga instructor, leadership coach, and emotional intelligence practitioner, I believe yoga is about so much more than flexibility.
It's about awareness.
It's about learning to listen to your body.
It's about noticing what you're carrying and giving yourself permission to put some of it down.
It's about learning that you don't have to force, push, or perform your way through life.
